Cancellation Policy

Our lodgings are typically in high demand during the summer season and we want to ensure your stay here for the day(s) and term that you book. In order to guarantee your stay, to the best of our ability, we must maintain cancellation policy. As soon as your reservation is accepted 50% of the total will be placed against your card payment to confirm your reservation. We accept most major credit cards. However, if for any reason, you desire to cancel your reservation please be advised of the following policy: If we are able to rebook the reserved room for the date of the reservation, we will be happy to return your deposit in full, minus the 3% fee that we are charged. Conversely, if we are not able to rebook your room prior to the reservation date, we will be unable to return the deposit. We strongly recommend that you protect yourself from any last minute cancellations or other unforeseen circumstances by purchasing traveler’s insurance. Montana is a beautiful and scenic place, but during the season there can be certain events that may prevent you from getting to, and using, our facilities. These may include severe weather, drought, fire, or other natural causes. These events are out of our control, and can cause an unexpected change in your plans. We respectfully request you contact your insurance agent for further information.
